She not only was extremely patient with us (and our small child) during the showings, but she was skillful in figuring out what it was that we wanted, and knew where to take us. She had an excellent handle on the market, and was very wise in her advise with bidding.
The final home we bought together needed quite a bit of work, and though she was very busy running her own business, she connected us AFTER THE SALE with excellent tradesmen that worked on plumbing, painting, blinds, etc to get the home rent-ready.
